To Set Up A Seminar/Conference |

E-mail, fax, or call our
office to see if your projected dates are open |

| 2. |
When you request a date,
be prepared to discuss items such as: |

- Location of event
- Number of speaking times
- Expected audience number and age
of the group.
- (Look over the "Seminar
Information Sheet" to prepare yourself to
answer questions.)

| 3. |
After you have talked with
Jim about the dates, then those dates will be tentatively
held for 2-3 weeks awaiting the arrival of your "Seminar
Information Sheet"
at our Midlife Dimensions office. |
| 4. |
You
will receive a confirmation letter after your date is approved
by the Midlife Dimensions Office. |
| 5. |
The Midlife Dimensions staff
will work with you to suggest a final seminar schedule, promotion,
brochures, mailings, and other details. |
