How To Set Up A Seminar/Conference

1. E-mail, fax, or call our office to see if your projected dates are open
 
2. When you request a date, be prepared to discuss items such as:
 
  • Location of event
  • Number of speaking times
  • Expected audience number and age of the group.
  • (Look over the "Seminar Information Sheet" to prepare yourself to answer questions.)
3. After you have talked with Jim about the dates, then those dates will be tentatively held for 2-3 weeks awaiting the arrival of your "Seminar Information Sheet" at our Midlife Dimensions office.
4. You will receive a confirmation letter after your date is approved by the Midlife Dimensions Office.
5. The Midlife Dimensions staff will work with you to suggest a final seminar schedule, promotion, brochures, mailings, and other details.
