You are here: Home ~ Free Resources ~ For Men (About Men) ~ IS THINKING ABOUT DEATH A MAJOR PROBLEM AT MIDLIFE?
Every person knows death is a reality. Until midlife, however, we live with the illusion that death happens to someone older. When you were a child, a whole line of people ahead of you had to die before you did. Those people, in a sense, protected you from dying. By the time you get to midlife, some of those protective people have been snatched away. You are more vulnerable--you are no longer young--and you are not immortal. These thoughts are normal and will help you make positive changes to focus on the really important stuff of life--relationships.
